Processes and policies that apply to all Husky suppliers
Husky completes pre-qualification to verify and confirm suppliers’ ability to meet applicable requirements. Pre-qualification criteria are cross-functional, covering aspects such as health, safety & environment (HSE), quality, technical competence and corporate responsibility. Suppliers must meet applicable pre-qualification criteria for the potential scope of services to be added to Husky’s Approved Suppliers List.
Husky uses ISNetworld, an online data management service, to complete HSE and quality pre-qualification. ISNetworld is also used to monitor suppliers’ ongoing HSE work performance. Applicable suppliers performing work for Husky are required to subscribe to ISNetworld.
Husky will monitor and assess contractor performance against key performance indicators including safety, environment, health, quality, cost, schedule and technical compliance over the life of the contractual relationship.
Husky requires all contractors performing work at Husky locations to complete a site-specific safety orientation before starting work. This orientation, as well as a validation check of required certifications, helps ensure basic safety knowledge for all persons working at Husky locations.
Depending on the specific scope of work and hazards identified, other requirements, including training, may apply and will be communicated at time of award.
Husky requires all contractors to have an Alcohol & Drug Policy that meets or exceeds Husky’s Alcohol & Drug Policy. If you have questions, contact the Husky representative listed in your agreement or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Husky has adopted the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) nine Life-Saving Rules across all its operations. The simplified set of Life-Saving Rules provides industry workers with specific actions to protect themselves and colleagues from fatalities or serious injuries. Ethics Help Line
Husky has established an anonymous and confidential online reporting tool and toll-free telephone numbers for employees, contractors and other stakeholders to report perceived breaches of the Company's Code of Business Conduct.
The Ethics Help Line is hosted by EthicsPoint, an independent service provider. Information from your submission will be captured and submitted anonymously to an Ethics Help Line Committee, made up of legal, audit, security, health, safety and environment, and human resources personnel.Ethics Help Line

Surface Equipment Information Management
Suppliers are required to complete the Surface Equipment Information Management (SEIM) form for all specified equipment sold to Husky.
